PGL Refund June 2020
We hope you and your family are keeping as well as possible during these difficult times.
Unfortunately as you will no doubt be aware the PGL residential trip had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.
We are in the process of receiving a part refund from PGL and will have to go through the insurance for the remaining monies.
You do not need to worry about this, Mr. Mould our business manager will do this on our behalf.
Our plan now is to organise refunds for our parents. To do this we need your bank details. Please email email@example.com with your child’s name and your bank account details. Please put PGL in the subject field to help us identify your email more easily. Please include the name of the account holder, sort code and account number.
We will deduct any outstanding monies owed to school for lunches or breakfast/after school club and transfer the rest directly to you.
We will email you back with the amount transferred to your account.
